I have a great love for movement meditation. For me, movement meditation is one of the main reasons I have continued to show up and practice with movement and dance as the vehicle for evolution for over two decades. It is a modality of practice that meets me where I am every time I show up for it.

One of the gifts of meditation is dropping into the unified field. In movement meditation, the process is accelerated. It gives those of us who have very active minds or fully emotional hearts a place to physically and somatically merge the layers of body, breath, mind, and heart, which leads us into the gateway of the soul.

In this three part series, we will enter into the physicality of the mind, and the deep seated cave of the heart, to open the space for total unification to emerge. Those moments and glimpses of extended unification allow us to experience, see, or feel our beautiful place within the grand tapestry of things. It also gives us the reset to walk the challenging walk of being human with a bit more ease.

We deserve to treat and pleasure ourselves so we can bathe in the life force and wellbeing of our imagination in every way we dream. To luxuriate in the gift of our bodies, our senses and the expression of how that innate personal pulsation and river moves us in unique, bounteous, tender ways. Our sensual health is a guiding rod into our seeing and becoming.

Amidst all the beauty and sprinklings of joy, The

Amidst all the beauty and sprinklings of joy,
The pressure has been on
Grief has been a pulsation
and fear + deep concern have been on the prowl.
Today, relief is beginning to settle in.

Over the past three weeks
my dear abuela, my Nanny bird transitioned,
and for two weeks one of my closest friends has been sedated on a ventilator.

I have felt like a walking vigil, tethered to prayer- sometimes prayer that is outloud
and almost commanding, at other times the deeply internal and quietly fierce kind of prayer.

There is a joy or almost triumph in the sadness when someone's death comes after a lot of suffering,
especially when that someone lives a full life and ripens well into elder hood, like my Nanny at 93!

It is an entirely other thing when a beloved is tinkering on the edge of life and death when
they still have so many sacred appointments on this earth to meet and experience.

I am grateful today, on this Sunday to know my beloved friend is now truly on the mend.

What inspired this post, was two of my long time friends showing up from afar for me in the way they could.

Today, I received a gorgeous care package from my dear friend since college @nagel_jennifer and my long term friend and dance compadre @thecenteredground When I started to open the package, a wave of sweet grief emerged. This package is a nudge to allow some more tears fall for the fact that I will
never see my beloved Nanny bird in physical form on this plane again. I am so grateful for the many ways she enriched my life.

Towards, the end, she gave me the gift of letting me care for her for a week along with my mama. The three of us together,
sharing stories that had never been told.
It was a gift for a lifetime.

Bobbie Rae and Jennifer, thank you for opening the gates for me today to feel, to give thanks,
to shed a few tears and for loving me and supporting me in such a wonderful way.

And to my beloved friend, thank you for making your way back to us.
One day soon we will sit and share stories of this time.

I am experiencing such exhilaration and excitemen

I am experiencing such exhilaration and excitement reviewing applications for our first 360 Apprenticeship.

As a teacher, there is such a thrill and joy seeing students step into embodied leadership, their own unique voice, and begin to communicate and transmit the articulation of this emergent body of work which has been a lifetime in the making. It's a joyous feeling.

When I think of my path and what I am meant to do in this world, the answer has always distilled to some version of wanting to help people be happy. The best way I know how to do that is to move, to dance, to express, to gain awareness through practice and community and to have the support of amazing music to engage and inspire us into the raw realness of the dance.

I am eternally grateful for @therealkateshela for taking the leap with me and I with her, I am grateful for our amazing 360 team and all those who have helped us along the path, as well as the wonderful people in the circle who are ready to step in for this life changing appointment. I am also eternally grateful for all my teachers along the way.

The time has come for The 360 Emergence to ripple out into the world. I am truly excited. Here we go.

This January The 360 Emergence will return to Cost

This January The 360 Emergence will return to Costa Rica this time at our new 360 home at @kinkaracr near the gorgeous terrain of Mt. Chirripo.

I am thrilled to be co-leading again with my creative partner @therealkateshela live and in person as we call in dedicated movers, dancers, and soul divers into the realm of Alchemy from around the world.

This will be a profound, deep and joyous week long retreat on magical land with rolling rivers and exquisite nourishing cuisine.

The dance keeps emerging.
