to offer the sweet depth and high potency of the dance at The Sacred Space Miami through the lens and compass of The 360 Emergence.

So get your favorite movement clothes ready, invite a beloved or two and join The 360 community on October 1st and 2nd to begin again, to allow ourselves to be danced into a state of wholeness,
to remember who we truly are in heart, in soul and in the unified field of spirit.

Join us online this Wednesday, Sept. 7th at 10am LA Time, for an hour long Movement Meditation Lab.

Movement Meditation, is a simple practice of presence and awareness through the movement of the body.

Through movement, our human laters of physical to soulful, from energetic to emotional, from stagnant to courageous, get danced into the unified field.

I am thrilled to be holding space for The 360 comm

I am thrilled to be holding space for The 360 community in Boulder at the wonderful StarHouse temple, for a Day Long Immersion on Sept. 4th. We will have the opportunity to spend 5 hours on this sacred land, to steep into practice, to ask questions in a Q & A, as well as enjoy an hour of sharing food, resting and being together.

We will dance and practice beginning/intermediate level circle work and weave our learning and soulful intentions into sacred dance communion with the land and each other.

Stepping into a new-to-me meditation practice today: Vedic Meditation with the exquisite @yashodadevima at @ydmmeditation .

For me it’s the season of deepening into practice and being someone who loves not only movement, I also deeply love sitting meditation and am grateful for this opportunity.

Grateful to be in the studio after a 2 week pause

Grateful to be in the studio after a 2 week pause to refresh, to be still, to read and write, to garden, to be with blood family.
