I am humbly grateful to sit in the seat of the stu

I am humbly grateful
to sit in the seat of the student.

Today was my first asana practice in around
15 months, healing and finding my way
with a disappointing hip impingement fall of 2019.
Discovering, within this changing body
how to heal, strengthen, and find new ways
to keep practicing on my own edge
with what is emerging.

Today, as I glided back into the fold,
with new awareness in the tiny intricacies of
my body, I practiced anew.
Mind in the minutiae,
my body remembering the beauty,
grace, and glory of practice
and form.

For thousands of years humans have
ritualized our connection to the
cycles of the seasons,
and the life, death, rebirth cycle
within our individual and collective humanity.

Coming together as a community
to ceremonialize and honor our soul and spiritual life
is part of what makes this existence rich.

This year @the360emergence will hold 4 ceremonies
through out the year to mark and
honor the seasons of our lives in relation to the earth
and the great mystery.

Through movement, meditation and ritual, we will
allow space for what is,
practice our resilience, tend to our griefs
and enhance our light force to bring greater peace and harmony to ourselves, our beloveds, our communities and beyond.

I invite you to step into this journey,
whether it be all 4 or where you feel the resonance.

into the field of immense intelligence.

The relief of this merging
unblocked the gates of tension
and the held up emotion within me.

The soul gates opened.

and through the guidance of beloved
Teacher @yogaruparodstryker,
I found my soul sitting
at the foot of the divine.
